Nicole will be opening two bottles of wine - her Coombsville Chardonnay from 2022 and her 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Together, you'll learn how to make a magnificent tomahawk steak, generously seasoned and seared to perfection, served alongside creamy and fragrant risotto alla Milanese infused with saffron.
