Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the East Bay, SF by developing strategies to increase distribution and case sales volume. Utilizing your strong sales and relationship building skills, work to meet or exceed monthly and annual case and distribution goals.
Cultivate and develop long term relationships with our existing accounts, while adding new distribution and increasing account base by opening new accounts.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of distributor, wholesale or related experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and distribution goals.

The Events Coordinator acts as a representative of Far Niente Family of Wineries, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a memorable experience to our guests as the first point of contact. Supports the Events Team in printing menus, scanning contracts, returning guest inquiries, and coordinating additional staffing needed for events. Proven candidate with two + years of previous experience along with a high level of detail orientation; Strong verbal and written skills.
This vital role is responsible for overseeing the organization’s compliance with government laws and regulations. Their duties include coordinating with company management to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitoring the company’s adherence to those policies and procedures.
In this critical role, assist the Director of Finance in the development of the overall financial strategy and decision making, by assisting in the preparation of the company’s revenue forecasts, long range planning, reporting, modeling, and ad hoc analyses to facilitate our understanding of current position, opportunities, and the overall path forward.
