Landscaper – Level III – Far Niente Wine Estates

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled plant care and garden maintenance, including irrigation techniques, trimming, and aerating.

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the performance of gardening duties.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines as directed.

• Maintains tools and equipment in safe operating condition.

• Keeps working areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Communicate timely with supervisor with updates on projects assigned and status.

Qualification Requirements

• Previous experience of 3 years in a similar role.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Work with ladders and other equipment.

• Commitment to excellence and high standards.

• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• CA DL Good DMV record.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Walk, kneel, bend, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Standing, walking on uneven ground, bending, pushing and pulling, fine dexterity
• Exposure to dust, heat, cold, fumes and chemicals.
